We welcome every guest as we would a member of our own family and we aim to be flexible, but some guidelines need to be in place.
COVID-19
We are delighted to have resumed normal opening now the government has removed remaining domestic restrictions in England.
We continue to maintain our rigorous cleaning policy and invite you to contact us with any queries.
There are still steps you can take to reduce the risk of catching and spreading COVID-19:
· Let fresh air in if meeting indoors, or meet outside
· Consider wearing a face covering in crowded, enclosed spaces
Checking in and out:
Our rooms are available to check in from 4pm and check out is 11am. Should you wish to check in earlier or leave later please ask us. We cannot guarantee this but will always try our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellations and alterations:
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your arrival date, which we are unable to resell, are fully chargeable. Should you wish to change something about your booking please email or call us and we will try our best to fulfil your wishes. We will always try to resell any cancelled room, so there is no charge to you.
No-shows:
If you have booked but do not arrive and stay with us without having previously cancelled, you will be charged in full as if you had stayed.
Allergies and intolerances:
Should you suffer from any food allergies or intolerances please make us aware.
Phone signal:
The mobile phone signal varies on differing networks. A good signal is not necessarily available in all parts of the building but ask if you wish to use the landline.
Payments:
We accept payment by BACS transfer, cheque or cash. We are unable to take card payments.
Parking:
Secure parking is available to the rear of the property.
Wi-Fi:
There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Smoking:
Smoking and vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the building.
Dogs:
Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be booked at the time of your reservation. There is a surcharge per dog (£10 per dog, per night),.
